Property details you enter, such as address, square footage, build year, roof type, and HVAC age, which we use for compliance and maintenance planning. Service and job information, including service requests, job logs, completion photos, and sign-off records. Payment information processed through Stripe; DQS does not store full card numbers. For contractors, licensing, insurance, and workers' compensation documents, as well as payout account references.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to create and manage your account, schedule and match services, verify contractors, process payments and payouts, track maintenance compliance, communicate with you about your account, and operate, secure, and improve the platform.
4. How we share your information
We share information with matched contractors and homeowners as needed to schedule and perform work. We share payment data with Stripe for billing and payouts. We may share information with service providers who support our operations under contractual obligations of confidentiality. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Compliance and service records may be retained for the period required by applicable law; insurance and licensing documents are stored privately and shared only with the parties involved in verifying your account.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet. Payment processing security is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
